• Physical Products: Tangible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law. Dreams Are Here reserves the right to deny refunds for products returned in unsellable condition.

• Digital Products: Download links and applicable licenses will be delivered electronically after successful payment.

• Physical Products: Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Dreams Are Here is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once items are in transit.
